Minibus Hire at OSRFC
Our minibus hire service is only available to non-profit making community and voluntary groups in north Warwickshire and surrounding areas. The minibus is operated under the small bus permit legislation. Passengers must use the available restraint systems at all times, unless they hold a medical exemption certificate.
The maximum seating capacity (including the driver) is 12.
The minibus is equipped with:
- First aid kit
- Fire extinguisher
- Warning Triangle
- Torch
- Hi vis
- Handbook
Booking Procedure
1. Check vehicle availability using calendar below.
2. Check prices and terms and conditions
3. Submit your booking request using the form
4. If you are a new driver a driver registration form will also need to be completed please complete this form and email to: minibus@oldsaltleians.com
5. Once booking is confirmed you will receive a booking confirmation email
6. Arrangements will be made for you to collect keys and complete bus familiarisation check
7. Mileage and other details are recorded on the handover sheet when you collect the vehicle
8. Following your use an invoice will be emailed to you, typically within 7 days. Payment should be made as soon as possible as possible.
